Basics of Scrivener (with Eric Williams) - ONLINE SESSION
For writers interested in getting started with or learning more about Scrivener, a word-processing program designed for authors and writers of longer manuscripts. Join fiction fiction/software writer Eric Max Williams for this informational session.
ERIC MAX WILLIAMS is a fiction and software writer. He aims to distill his years using and beta testing Scrivener to demonstrate workflows for both short-form and longer writing. We’ll also cover Scrivener revision and outlining strategies. His goal is to help you finish your story before he finishes his own (but only by a day or two). He promises it’s not that scary.
WHEN: Saturday, May 9 (6pm)
WHERE: Online, via Zoom video conference
ONLINE SESSIONS happen remotely, via Zoom video conference. All you need is a laptop, computer, or phone with functioning audio and a webcam. Those who RSVP receive directions and a link to "join" the session via email. All online instructors will log on to the video conference 20 minutes before the start of the session, to help anyone with technical issues, so please plan to log on early if you'd like assistance! We'll do everything in our power to help you get comfortable with this new format, though when the session begins, we will not be able to assist with technical difficulties.
