Need a gift for the writer(s) in your life? Surprise them with a Pioneer Valley Writers' Workshop Gift Card! PVWW Gift Cards are the gift of craft instruction, manuscript feedback, community support, and inspiration and can be used on any of our virtual classes and workshops of equal value, or applied to workshops of greater value! Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient by email upon purchase and include space for a personalized message from you as well as instructions on how to redeem them. Our Gift Cards have no additional processing fees and never expire.
Timing your Gift Card with a birthday or holiday: If you'd like your gift card emailed to the recipient on a particular day (birthday or holiday) rather than on the date of purchase, we recommend you enter your own email address rather than the recipient's upon checkout. The gift card will be emailed to you immediately rather than to them (however it will still be addressed to the recipient with your personalized message). Keep track of it in your inbox (if you don't see it there, check spam or promotions) and on the desired day, forward it to the recipient with a festive subject line!
If you don't see our email in your inbox: Upon purchase of a gift card, you should receive a "Thank you for your order!" email with the details of your order. Additionally, if you entered your own email address in place of the recipient's (so you can control when it's delivered) you should see an email from Pioneer Valley Writer's Workshop with the subject line "Your Gift Card Code for Pioneer Valley Writers' Workshop": that is the email with the gift card. If you don't see it, check your promotions, spam, or junk mail folders, as sometimes our emails end up there. If you find it there, you can move it to "primary" (your inbox).
Important Info: Gift cards are digital only - we do not mail physical cards upon purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift card holders must still "sign up" for workshops (they will apply the gift card code upon checkout), and workshops are still subject to normal class size limits. If there is any trouble redeeming a gift card, please contact Pioneer Valley Writers' Workshop (email joy@pioneervalleywriters.org).
All PVWW workshops and classes are virtual, and gift card holders can use them from anywhere, at any time.
